Studio Discord
The Jestr Studio Discord is the easiest way to stay connected with the Jestr team outside of the dashboard.
Alongside getting help, the server is where we share product updates, collect feedback, answer questions, and keep studios informed about what's happening across Jestr.
Stay up to date with Jestr
We use the Studio Discord to share product updates and general Jestr announcements as they happen.
This includes things like:
- New features and product improvements
- Changes to existing features
- Important platform updates
- New resources for studios
- General news and updates from the Jestr team
If you're actively running campaigns on Jestr, we recommend staying in the server so your team can easily keep up with what's changing.
Talk directly with the Jestr team
Our team is active in the Studio Discord, making it an easy place to ask a quick question or start a conversation without needing to open a formal support ticket.
You'll have access to members of the Jestr team as well as a meeting link if you'd prefer to book time with us directly.
This can be particularly useful when you want to discuss campaign strategy, get feedback on an upcoming campaign, or talk through something that's easier to explain in a conversation.

Get support
The server includes a dedicated support thread where studios can ask general questions and get help from the Jestr team.
This works well for questions that can be discussed publicly and may also be useful to other studios.
For account-specific issues, sensitive information, or problems that require investigation, we recommend submitting a support ticket instead.
For more information, see Getting Support.
Request features and share feedback
We build Jestr alongside the studios and creators using it.
The Studio Discord includes a dedicated feature request thread where you can suggest improvements, share ideas, or tell us about friction you're experiencing with the platform.
We actively use this feedback when deciding what to improve and build next, so don't hesitate to share something you'd like to see changed — even if it's small.
Dedicated private channels
Publishers, agencies, and studios running larger or ongoing programs with Jestr may also be given a dedicated private Discord channel with our team.
Private channels provide a faster, more direct line of communication for teams that benefit from ongoing coordination across campaigns.
They can be useful for:
- Planning upcoming campaigns
- Coordinating multiple games or launches
- Discussing larger campaign programs
- Getting campaign feedback
- Handling questions that require more context
- Sharing information that shouldn't be posted in public channels
- Maintaining an ongoing line of communication with the Jestr team
If your team is managing multiple campaigns or a larger ongoing program with Jestr, talk to us about setting up a dedicated channel.
Discord vs. support tickets
You can use whichever support option is most convenient, but they serve slightly different purposes.
Use Discord for quick questions, ongoing conversations, product feedback, campaign discussion, and general support.
Use a support ticket when you're experiencing a specific technical or account issue that needs to be investigated or tracked.
Use finance@jestr.gg for invoices, payments, refunds, and other financial matters.
When in doubt, just reach out. If something needs to move to another channel, we'll let you know.
Stay connected
Joining the Studio Discord is optional, but we recommend it for teams actively using Jestr.
It's the best place to keep up with the platform, talk directly with our team, and have a voice in how Jestr continues to develop.
