Getting Support
If you run into an issue while using Jestr or need help with a campaign, our team is available to help.
For most platform, campaign, or technical questions, the best place to start is Jestr Support.
You can contact us directly through the Jestr dashboard or by emailing support@jestr.gg.
Submit a support ticket
You can create a support ticket directly from your Jestr studio dashboard.
Support tickets are typically reviewed within 24 hours. If your issue is affecting a live campaign, upcoming embargo, or other time-sensitive campaign activity, make sure to mention that in your ticket so our team has the appropriate context.
Support tickets are useful for anything that requires the Jestr team to investigate an issue or help make a change that isn't available directly through the dashboard.
Common reasons to contact Support include:
- Campaign setup questions
- Technical issues or unexpected platform behavior
- Problems with a live campaign
- Changes to campaign timing or embargoes
- Increasing the budget of a live campaign
- Creator or submission issues
- Key distribution problems
- Account or team issues
- Anything else preventing you from using Jestr as expected
Contact us by email
You can also contact Jestr Support directly at:
Email is particularly useful if you need to include additional context, screenshots, files, or other information related to your issue.
Help us help you faster
When submitting a support request, include as much relevant information as you can.
Depending on the issue, this might include:
- The game or campaign you're referring to
- A brief description of what you're trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots or recordings of the issue
- The creator or submission involved, if applicable
- Any relevant error messages
- Whether the issue is affecting an active or time-sensitive campaign
You don't need to diagnose the problem yourself. Just giving us enough context to understand what you're seeing can help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Time-sensitive campaign issues
If an issue could affect an upcoming embargo, launch, creator access, or an actively running campaign, let us know that it's time-sensitive when reaching out.
This is particularly important for things such as:
- Embargo or campaign timing changes
- Broken builds or game access
- Key issues affecting creators
- Campaigns approaching budget exhaustion
- Problems preventing creators from participating
- Other issues that could disrupt scheduled content
The earlier we're aware of something affecting a live campaign, the more options we'll generally have to help.

Discord support
You can also communicate with the Jestr team through our Studio Discord.

Not sure where to ask?
Don't worry too much about choosing the perfect support channel.
As a general rule:
Platform or campaign issue → support ticket or support@jestr.gg
Billing or payment issue → finance@jestr.gg
Quick question or ongoing conversation → Studio Discord
If you're unsure, contact us through whichever option is most convenient and we'll make sure your question gets to the right place.
