Managing Creators
Jestr is designed to give creators more control over the content they make while keeping campaign management lightweight for studios.
Creators don't need to be individually approved before participating, and their content doesn't go through a pre-approval process before being published. As long as their content follows your campaign guidelines and Jestr's requirements, creators can participate and earn without requiring action from your team.
Most creator management therefore comes down to two things: addressing issues when something doesn't meet campaign requirements and responding to requests from creators.
Viewing your creators
From your active campaign, you can view all of the creators who have joined your campaign and quickly see key information about each one.
A creator joining your campaign indicates interest, but does not guarantee that they'll create or submit content. Creators may join to learn more about the campaign, access the game, or decide whether it's a good fit for their content before choosing to post.
For each creator, you can see:
- Whether they're a Jestr Partner or UGC creator
- Their region
- When they joined your campaign
- Whether they've posted content for the campaign
For more information on the differences between Partner and UGC creators, see Types of Creators.

Viewing a creator's profile
You can select any creator to open their Jestr profile and learn more about them beyond their activity in your campaign.
Creator profiles provide additional context on the creator, their content, social platforms, audience, and performance on Jestr, helping you better understand who's participating in your campaign.

Addressing content issues
If a creator's submission doesn't follow an established campaign or Jestr requirement, you can flag the content.
Rather than requiring every video to be approved before it's published, flags allow you to step in only when there's an actual issue.
Creators can then address the problem and submit an appeal for your team to review.
Responding to creator requests
Creators may occasionally request something from your team while participating in a campaign.
This commonly includes requesting game access or asking for a bonus batch so they can continue creating content beyond their current submission allowance.
You can review and respond to these requests directly from your campaign.
For more information on how these systems work, see Keys & Key Requests and Bonus Batches.
Creator performance
You can also view how individual creators are performing throughout your campaign, including the views they're generating across different platforms and how much they've earned.
For a deeper breakdown of creator and campaign performance, see Reporting & Data.
Next step: Flags & Appeals
Because Jestr doesn't use content pre-approval, understanding when and how to flag content is an important part of managing creators.
