Running a Campaign
Once your campaign is live, creators can begin joining, creating content, and earning rewards as your campaign progresses.
Jestr campaigns are designed to require relatively little day-to-day management. Rather than pre-approving every creator or piece of content, you set the requirements for your campaign upfront and creators decide how to turn your game into content that fits their own style and audience.
Your role during an active campaign is primarily to monitor performance, respond to creator requests, address issues when they arise, and keep track of how your campaign is progressing.
How campaign management works
Unlike traditional influencer campaigns, creator content is not submitted for approval before being published.
Creators join campaigns that fit their content, create videos in their own style while following your campaign guidelines, publish their content, and submit it to Jestr. Eligible content then earns rewards based on its performance.
If a submission doesn't follow your campaign guidelines or other Jestr requirements, you can flag it through the dashboard. Creators can correct the issue and appeal the flag before the submission becomes eligible for payment again.
This approach gives creators the freedom to make content that feels natural to their audience without requiring your team to review every video before it goes live.
Managing an active campaign
Campaign management is broken into a few key areas:
1. Active campaigns
Follow your campaign as creators join, content begins going live, and your campaign progresses.
Your active campaign dashboard acts as the central hub for managing everything happening throughout the campaign.
2. Managing creators
View the creators participating in your campaign and take action when necessary.
This includes flagging submissions that don't meet campaign requirements, reviewing appeals, and responding to creator requests such as additional submission batches or game keys.
3. Notifications
Stay informed about important campaign activity without needing to constantly monitor your dashboard.
Jestr can notify you about events such as creator requests, new submissions, budget updates, keys running low, and other campaign activity. You can also control which members of your team receive different notifications.
4. Reporting & data
Track campaign performance as content goes live and your budget is spent.
Jestr provides real-time reporting across campaign views, spend, CPM, engagement, platforms, creators, geography, and more.
You can also share live campaign performance with clients or other stakeholders and access additional reporting options once your campaign has ended.
Understanding how Jestr campaigns work
Several parts of campaign management rely on systems that are unique to Jestr, including performance-based rewards, submission limits, additional submission batches, flagging, and creator requests.
