Launching a Campaign

Once Campaign Review is complete and you're happy with your setup, your campaign is ready to launch.

From here, your campaign moves out of setup and into Running a Campaign, where you'll be able to follow creator participation, manage requests, and track your campaign as it progresses.

Fund your campaign

When your campaign is ready to launch, you'll also receive an invoice for the campaign budget.

To keep launches moving, campaigns can typically go live while payment is being processed. Invoices are generally issued on Net 7 terms, allowing your campaign to begin without waiting for payment to clear.

Our team will reach out to collect any billing information needed to issue your invoice.

What happens when your campaign launches?

Once your campaign is live, creators can begin discovering and participating in it based on the visibility settings you've selected.

Depending on your campaign setup, you'll be able to see creators pre-signing up, joining the campaign, or immediately posting as they become interested.

When can creators start posting?

A live campaign doesn't necessarily mean creators can immediately begin publishing content.

If your campaign has an embargo, creators can join and prepare their content ahead of time, but cannot publish until the embargo lifts.

If there is no embargo, creators can begin creating and publishing eligible content once the campaign is available to post.

You'll be able to follow participating creators, review requests where applicable, track performance, and more throughout the campaign.
